A simple, flexible, intelligent, and scalable solution for modular data centers is a key factor for the success of distributed edge computing.
The EasyAir precision cooling system is a specially designed and optimized product for modular micro data center solutions, aimed at removing heat from IT equipment and creating an ideal environment for mission-critical assets.
EasyAir precision cooling products, engineered and optimized with mechanical management, airflow control, and intelligent regulation, are specifically designed to meet the general requirements of modular data center solutions, such as integration, modularity, and smart portal access.
The standardized mechanical design matches the size and structure of common server cabinets. An integrated RS485 monitoring port supports integration into higher-level management systems to monitor and control cooling equipment.
Designed for cold/hot aisle and fully enclosed applications, the cooling system operates at a highly efficient level, consuming significantly less energy compared to traditional room-based cooling solutions.




Features (5.6 kW – 40.9 kW)
A dynamically modulated refrigeration circuit with inverter allows the compressor to maintain the cabinet temperature and prevents unnecessary cycling during low heat load periods. The compressor is a positive displacement (Scroll) type with variable frequency or can be a Rotary Inverter.
Airflow is modulated with EC (Electronically Commutated) fans, featuring 2 variable-speed fans with backward-inclined blades to match IT equipment. Each fan module is easy and quick to replace with just a pair of connections.
The precision cooling controller continuously monitors and protects the unit. It is easily integrated into a BMS to display, control, and manage the system. A 10-inch color touchscreen provides clear interface and data visualization.
The R410A green refrigerant is highly efficient and PAO-free.
Pressurized L-type copper piping allows fast connection adaptation, with supports for both top and bottom connections.
G4 air filters are easy to replace, and sealed doors help maintain a clean and quiet micro data center (MDC).
A sliding-drawer style electrical box facilitates maintenance.
Optional accessories include a condensate pump, leak kit, and long-piping kit for various applications.

Intelligent Control System
Industry-leading intelligent control system with detailed sensor data and smart control logic.
Full digital control of main components maintains optimal operating conditions and allows flexible adjustments according to on-site working conditions.
Over 1,000 alarm records and 7-day historical records of pressure curves, as well as 7-day historical temperature curves.
Smart monitoring protocols: Web / SNMP / Modbus / BACnet / Email / Dry Contact / IPv6.
Teamwork functionality includes Master/Slave mode, Master Control mode, and Forced Operation mode.
The integrated web server supports access from computers and mobile devices, allowing users to view and manage the control unit via a web browser.


InRow Precision Cooling
The InRow design with front/side airflow discharge brings cooling closer to the heat source, with intelligent controls that dynamically adjust output to enhance cooling efficiency. Available in air-cooled, water-cooled, and chilled water configurations, a full range of models is offered to meet the demands of modern IT environments.
