How We Work

XIMOS MaaS Workflow

1. Identification of Critical Infrastructure
The client identifies the equipment to be monitored:

  • UPS

  • Air conditioners

  • Security cameras

  • NVRs

  • Environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, smoke, etc.)

  • Medical or industrial equipment

2. Technical Evaluation (Onboarding)
XIM analyzes the client’s environment and defines:

  • Which variables will be monitored

  • Available communication protocols (SNMP, Modbus, API, etc.)

  • Whether additional hardware is required (gateways, sensors, agents)

The monitoring setup and architecture are designed.

3. Installation and Configuration
Remote or on-site phase

  • Configuration of devices to report to the platform

  • Installation of agents if required (on servers, NVRs, etc.)

  • Integration with third-party platforms if applicable

4. Secure Connection to XIMOS

  • Secure communication channel (VPN, SSH tunnel, or secure direct connection)

  • Data is collected by the XIMOS central collector

5. 24/7 Monitoring
XIM’s NOC receives and analyzes data in real time:

  • Voltages, consumption, alarms, temperature, status, etc.

  • Failures, disconnections, excessive usage, component degradation

  • Proactive anomaly detection

6. Automated Alerts and Event Management
Configurable alerts via:

  • Email, Telegram, Dashboard, among others

  • Automated escalation to the client or local technical provider

  • Ticket generation (if integrated with Help Desk)

7. Dashboards and Reports
Access to the XIMOS web platform:

  • Real-time visualization of all equipment

  • Event history, behavior graphs

  • SLA, uptime, availability, energy consumption

8. Support and Continuous Operations

  • Support team monitoring critical events

  • Periodic system health reviews

  • Predictive analysis for preventive maintenance

9. Continuous Improvement and Recommendations
Monthly (or customized) report including:

  • Detected incidents

  • Improvement proposals

  • Identification of future risks
